Reservations submitted through the website are treated as booking requests until availability is manually reviewed by the hotel team. A request does not become a confirmed reservation until Paddy's Hotel & Apartments sends written confirmation by email or phone.
Confirmation
Guests should ensure that all booking information is accurate before submission. Once the request is received, the hotel will review room availability, quoted rates, and any special requirements before issuing a confirmation response.

Rates and Payment
Quoted website rates are intended as guide pricing and may be updated prior to final confirmation. Unless otherwise stated in the confirmation email, payment is not collected at the time the online request is submitted.
- Final room charges and inclusions will be stated in the confirmation issued by the hotel.
- Additional services, transfers, dining, and incidental charges may be billed separately.
- A valid form of payment may be requested during confirmation or at check-in.
Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in and check-out times may be communicated at confirmation. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
If a reservation has already been confirmed, cancellation terms will apply from the date and time of confirmation. Guests should contact the hotel as early as possible if plans change.
